Virtuagym Fitness is an Android health and fitness app developed by Virtuagym. It is built around two training settings: workouts you can do at home and workouts in a professional gym. The app includes a 3D personal trainer that is tailored to each user, and it offers a training program with a wide range of exercises.
The app also provides a workout library with more than 5,000 detailed video tutorials and audio files. According to the source, this library comes from well-known trainers and is updated weekly. The app is presented as suitable for exercise at home, at the office, at school, or at the gym.
Training Environments and Exercise Library
Virtuagym Fitness covers two distinct training environments: home and professional gym. The exercise program is described as varied and comprehensive. Users can follow along with video tutorials and audio files, and the library is said to be updated weekly. The source states that the workout library comes from some of the world’s most well-known trainers.
The app is intended to support a thorough training procedure with in-depth presentation and detailed instructions. The source also mentions that users can exercise with a previously recorded version of their trainer. The 3D animated tutorial videos are said to present a wide range of pose angles.
Personalized Plans and 3D Trainer
Users enter their body parameters and their desire to strengthen their training. Based on that information, the app presents reasonable and relevant suggestions. The source mentions exercises recommended for losing belly fat, building muscle, and giving the body more definition.
A 3D personal trainer is available for each user. The source describes this as an impressive feature that no other application currently has. The trainer, named Brad Fit, provides training tips, words of encouragement, and useful reminders. He tells the user their BMI, instructs on the appropriate number of push-ups, and encourages the user to keep going. The source also notes that users can chat with the amusing robot trainer.
Nutrition, Rest, and Progress Tracking
The app emphasizes exercising and eating healthily while remaining mindful of moderation. A daily meal plan is provided that includes calories consumed and the time required to complete the workout. The source states that over a hundred different body mass index and fat-burning values can be used to determine how well training is going.
The NEO Health wearable is mentioned as a device that will track and provide feedback on progress. The source also says that users must use a variety of other assisting devices to visually and accurately assess activities related to body composition.
