Abs workout PRO v16.1 PRO MOD APK

Abs workout PRO is an Android health and fitness app from Caynax. It centers on a 42-day training plan called the Weider Six, developed by bodybuilding legend Joe Weider. The plan uses six ab exercises and is arranged across six weeks.

The app is listed as version 16.1 PRO. A MOD variant is available with the Full Version label.

The Weider Six Training Plan

The core of the app is a pre-arranged schedule that covers 42 days. Each session follows the Weider Six regimen, which focuses on six exercises: leg raises, crunches, reverse crunches, hover lifts, knee raises, and side bends. The schedule sets out when to perform each exercise and how to progress over the six weeks.

Bodyweight Workouts Without Equipment

All exercises in the plan use only bodyweight. No weights, machines, or gym are required, and the workouts can be performed anywhere. The app describes these as at-home floor workouts for sculpting the abs.

As part of the program, you can take photos over the course of the plan to chart changes in your physique.

Customization and Tracking

The app includes settings for building a custom workout. You can adjust the order of exercises, the number of sets and reps, and rest periods. Spoken guidance cues during workouts can be toggled on or off.

Key stats such as body weight and waist size can be logged to track measurements over time.

MOD Features

The MOD is labeled Full Version. The pro version removes ads, unlocks customization, and supports continued app enhancement and new ab workout creation.
