Pushscroll v1.280 MOD APK

Pushscroll is an Android app in the Health & Fitness category that connects physical exercise with phone usage. It uses AI technology to detect push-ups performed by the user and converts each exercise into screen time for popular apps like TikTok and Instagram. The app is developed by Pushscroll and is listed at version 1.280.

The source describes Pushscroll as a screen-time gym aimed at users who want to balance physical activity with phone usage. It presents a reward system where push-ups earn time on selected apps, and it encourages reflection on excessive phone use.

How Pushscroll Works

According to the source, the app uses AI to detect push-ups. Each push-up equals one minute of app use. This mechanic applies when you want to surf the web or access supported apps: you first do push-ups to earn screen time. The app is designed to turn screen addiction into fitness benefits by pairing an unwanted behavior (too much screen time) with a desired behavior (exercise).

It notes that research shows pairing an unwanted behavior with a desired behavior is an effective way to build a lasting positive habit. The app is intended for health and fitness enthusiasts and encourages regular exercise through a tangible reward system.
