Mood Tracking

Mood tracking is the core activity in Moodpress. Every time you feel an emotion, you can record that emotion in the application. From there, the app records the emotions you had during the day and synthesizes them. Continued use is described as helping you know how your mood tends to change, which can support making appropriate corrections for yourself.

Mood Logging

Users can log their daily mood as well as their feelings and thoughts. Custom tags and symbols can be added to describe their mood.
