Fitify v1.135.0 MOD APK

Fitify is an Android app in the Health & Fitness category, developed by Fitify Workouts s.r.o. The version covered here is 1.134.2, listed at 156M. It is distributed as a MOD build labelled Premium Unlocked.

The app is built around exercising with a smartphone. Users can exercise for different purposes, including helping the body get stronger, losing weight, or increasing muscle in some parts. The source material describes a personalized plan, a large exercise library, prebuilt routines, a custom workout builder, and offline accessibility.

Personalized Fitness Plan

Fitify allows users to exercise anytime they want with just a smartphone by their side. When first accessing the application, the user provides a purpose, and each type of exercise is compatible with a different purpose. The app identifies suitable exercises after the user provides necessary information. Quick questions are answered during this process, and the source notes that they should be answered accurately.

Users choose a goal, such as gaining muscle or losing weight, and the application can meet that goal through exercises. Workout parameters change over time, and the source describes these parameters as signalling positive results and as proof that efforts are maintained over many weeks. Observing workout parameters is described as motivating users to maintain and achieve positive changes.

Exercise Library and Routines

The exercise library contains more than 900 different exercises, according to the source. Exercises relate to different specific purposes, and users choose a group of exercises to perform. Each user only needs 15 minutes, and users can arrange an appropriate time to practise. The source notes this attracts users who do not have much time to go to the gym, and that users can stay at home and spend some time in the morning exercising before going to work.

For each type of exercise, users can or cannot use accompanying equipment. Activities are described as performed correctly and lengthened to increase challenge. Prebuilt workout routines include detailed support instructions. Exercises have visual images so the user knows what action to do, and the user follows what the voice in the app reminds them to do. For an unfamiliar exercise, the source advises continuing into the exploration section with integrated videos, understanding how to do it, and imitating what the coach in the videos has instructed.

Users access the application's library to try activities corresponding to each muscle group. When starting out, the source advises exercising gently and gradually increasing the duration to be able to maintain it.

Custom Workout Builder

Practice is usually quite short, and even at a higher level the time required to complete the number of exercises still fluctuates around 15 minutes. The source states that maintaining regularity is feasible and that an immediate change appears in the first week. Users try to persevere in the following days, and once a person gets a sense of accomplishment, they keep trying. After a period of time, these activities become a habit, and the user has more motivation to maintain them.

If you are experienced, editing the workout is described as a breeze. With more than 900 different exercises, creating combinations from simple to complex is feasible. Users who are too familiar with the listed exercises can create their own custom list. The source also mentions referring to exercises of friends or websites to design a fat-burning exercise.

Offline Accessibility

Every workout guide can be opened because it is downloaded in advance. Users can do a series of activities continuously over time. The source describes support features as available from the start or throughout the workout.
