Exercise Timer v7.081 MOD APK

Exercise Timer is an Android interval timer for interval training, high-intensity interval training, Tabata, and yoga. It is developed by NeuronDigital and is listed in the Health & Fitness category. The app is built around configurable workout routines, so you can set up sessions that match your own training structure.

This release is version 7.081 and the listed size is 12M. It is offered as a MOD with Premium Unlocked.

Building Custom Workouts

Exercise Timer supports detailed HIIT and Tabata sessions. A workout can include a warm-up, a workout phase, group activities, and intervals. Unlike many interval training clocks, the app lets you personalize workouts by adding as many exercises and intervals as you want. For example, you can add a 10-second rest period before the next exercise, or a 10-second rest followed by a 5-second interval.

Repetitions Tool

The repetitions tool combines timed and counted workouts. During interval training, you can perform a counted set such as 30 push-ups or 50 jumping jacks, followed by a 10-second pause. The reps option is self-paced: when you finish the set, you press the next button. A program can include both reps and timed workouts.

Online Editor and App

An online Interval Timer creator is available for building exercise routines on a desktop computer. You can create workout routines on your computer and then use them on the go in the Workout Timer app.

Smartwatch Support

Exercise Timer works with Android Wear, so you can track workouts during HIIT sessions without removing your wristband. The app has also linked up with CASIO and is optimized for use with CASIO's PRO TREK Smartwatch. It has moved to the main menu of the Smartwatch, making it readily accessible to all users.

Workout History

Workout Timer records your workouts so you can see how far you have come. The workout history tool lets you keep track of your workouts and view your progress over time.
