Vyapar is a business app for Android, listed in this catalog at version 29.4.0. The source material describes it as an invoice billing app that lets you summarize goods and display them on bills. It also describes entering items, applying discount codes, scanning barcodes, and exporting or printing invoices.
This listing is a MOD variant. The only MOD detail supplied is the label Premium Unlocked, which is repeated here without further explanation.
Invoice and Billing Work
The source material describes a billing flow in which you enter what the customer needs so that calculation is easier. Items can be recounted, and a standard bill format can be filled out and exported at any time. The source also states that entered information can be exported to different types of invoices.
Discount codes are part of the described flow. During promotions, the source says the application promotes its most convenient capabilities. If a store has a promotion based on a certain percentage, the source says you can add it to the bill. The application displays the discount level in parallel with the original and the reduced prices.
Item Lists and Product Images
The source describes a list of items that you enter in turn for the customer. This list can be organized and edited, and the source says items are presented along with available descriptive images. Information can be checked at any time.
Clear, realistic images are also mentioned. The source states that you take time to enter each product's information, and that the detail helps you work efficiently.
Barcode Scanning
The source describes barcode scanning as a strong point that helps users avoid entering excessive information or wrong prices. Barcodes accompany each different product, and the described action is scanning products into the device one by one along with their corresponding prices.
The source also states that the larger the number of items, the more useful it is to use barcodes during product scanning and save more time. It adds that with a large number of orders appearing in a day, barcode control is also what will save you in the end.
Printing and Sharing Invoices
Printing is described as easy. From a smartphone or tablet, the source says you can ask another device to export information. A Bluetooth printing feature is named for printing out invoices.
The source also describes sending invoices to customers with just a touch, instead of having to take a photo of them.
Formats and Voice Assistant
The source states that the application supports a series of different product formats that you can choose from within its library. It also notes that for a large number of items on offer, a small rectangular bill is not important at all and instead other formats will be needed.
A voice assistant integration is named in the source material. The source also mentions an automatic calculation system for items with accompanying prices, and item control features for checking and identifying prices on each product.
