VPN Client Pro is an Android VPN application published by colucci-web.it. Rather than picking a server from a ready-made list, you select the tunnel yourself and make the connection adjustments, then save those settings as a profile for later use. The app is listed at version 1.02.55 with a size of 63M.
The app supports OpenVPN and offers a range of tunnels and parameters that can be combined into profiles. Profiles can be reused, tested for stable performance, and kept for future connections. The source notes that the app does not require root access.
Profile-Based Setup
Each profile is built from adjustments you make to a chosen tunnel. These adjustments can add elements or change information such as the IP. A profile can also specify an application to open after the VPN connection has been adjusted; the source mentions domestic games from other countries or frequently used browsers as examples. Because each profile suits a certain type of application or internet use case, creating several profiles is part of the experience.
Profiles that have been successfully adjusted can be used for a long time. The app may display notes on a profile, such as a condition that caused it to be turned off related to Wi-Fi or an unreliable device configuration. These notifications are described as simple and intended to support an easy connecting experience.
Protocols and Connection Handling
The app provides a number of tunnels to choose from, and you select one to begin adjusting. Reliable protocols are available for use. The source describes the overall experience as similar to using a VPN server. The app is stated to be compatible with different connection types, so it continues to operate normally regardless of the network in use.
Security and Monitoring
VPN Client Pro includes advanced security features. The source states that the app covers the connection with security methods based on algorithms and features, and that it does not require root. When you explore the VPN profile adjustment feature, you can view transmission parameters for the corresponding tunnel; the results appear as a few lines on a chart, which you can use to decide whether to continue or add other adjustments.
- Lock unsafe things: checking the connection level is described as making dangerous factors disappear.
- Split into multiple domains: the app can split DNS into smaller paths, each suitable for a different situation.
- No hackers: the source states that important information is never stolen by people with bad ideas.
- Ensuring stability and security: the server creates a strong layer of protection and an unlimited number of uses for users.
Managing Profiles
Profiles can be saved so that settings are not lost, and the source notes that details should be adjusted and kept. If the app receives backup files, users can restore information at any time. As the number of profiles grows, defective ones can be deleted and quality ones kept for later use.
For simple web surfing, auto-connection can be set up easily. For more complex use such as gaming, the source states that choosing a profile yourself based on the patterns is a must, and that the description is necessary to avoid the experience being interrupted midway.
