Return of the Flash Arena

The game is built around the Roman arena and its life-and-death matches. According to the source material, the battles, character design, and the fiery sounds of the original are kept intact. The result is a mobile version that stays close to the Flash release it is based on.

Touchscreen Controls

Controls in Swords and Sandals 2 Classic have been optimized for mobile. The button system has been enlarged, and the source states that this makes smooth actions easier to execute on a touchscreen. The larger buttons are also described as helping players land precise strikes without obstacles.

Gladiator Training and Progression

Progress in the arena depends on how attribute points are allocated. The source describes skillful allocation as a requirement for moving from an obscure brawler to a gladiatorial legend. Players upgrade character stats as part of this process.
