Connecting with New People

SKOUT aims to make it easier to find new friends, especially for users who may be introverted or prefer not to go out. Using only a mobile phone, users can open a door to connect and chat with friends from all over the country. The main interface presents a series of friend suggestions. Users select someone who interests them to start a conversation.

Profile and Friend Recommendations

Before using SKOUT, users are asked to provide personal information for their profile, which is displayed in the app. This includes name, age, and gender. The app also asks for more private information such as interests, personality, and outlook on life. This information helps the app filter and find people with similar interests, making it easier to chat with each other.

Live Video Chat

SKOUT includes a live video feature that allows users to chat directly with friends. This can make it easier to express feelings and understand each other better than through text messages.
