Reminders and Notifications

When a task deadline approaches, the app sends a notification. If you do not confirm that a task was completed, the app notifies you again at predefined intervals. To mark a task as finished, you check the box that indicates completion.

Reminder tones can be adjusted. You can change the volume and choose from the app's music collection to set your preferred reminder sound. Notifications are also sent when you are not connected to the internet.

Task Management Tools

Tasks can be duplicated or moved to a more appropriate location. A copy and share feature lets you send the plan sheet to others. The app also generates toolbars that can assist you in tracking your progress.

Each completed task receives a rating such as good or normal, which you can use to evaluate how well you performed the task. The reminder feature can also be used to track how much work remains.

Interface and Input

The planning space uses a clean design with bright colors. Colors indicate whether work is complete and how well it turned out. You can create tables and enter information verbally. Plan boards can be modified as you see fit.
