The source material describes the app as a tool for capturing information during calls with customers or other important people. It also describes support features for listening to saved recordings again and for handling the files that have been saved.
Call Recording
The source material describes Automatic Call Recorder ACR as an assistant for recording the content of a call. It states that recording ensures respect for the other person and their complete consent before recording. After consent is received, the source says everything is done with one touch on the screen. It also states that a dialog box appears afterward and offers other features.
The source lists these points about recording:
- Saves important discussions and agreements for future reference.
- Retrieves details from calls that were missed or could not be noted.
- Gets automated transcripts of calls for easy reference.
Password Protection
The source material states that a password can be set up by the user, and that a layer of protection must be bypassed to access a set of important files. It says that entering the password shows a list of files marked with a yellow star.
It also states that the app will sometimes suggest setting a password each time it is used, and that entering and exiting the app multiple times may require entering the password multiple times. The source says recording files are highly secure and that access becomes extremely difficult for others if it is not you.
Dialog Options After a Call
The source material describes a dialog box with features that appears to help users listen back or do small tasks with the phone number that just called. It states that users can text or call back those phone numbers without going to the contacts section. It also states that the most used feature is to reopen the recording file of the last call, and that users can listen to information needed to report to superiors or compare with notes on paper.
The source lists these points:
- Quick control: users can make everything operate automatically depending on the object.
- Recording files are highly secure: if it is not you, access becomes extremely difficult for others.
Cloud Backup
The source material states that recorded files are integrated into an area where they can be found anytime. It says the app always possesses backup features so that all information is fully protected. It also states that even if the device is dropped or broken, working information remains intact until it is deleted.
The source describes the files as recorded directly on the smartphone rather than through another device, and states that sound recognition is done more quickly and clearly.
Note-Taking and File Management
The source material states that a complete list of recording files is given to users. It says users can understand how many customer calls they receive in a day and then reorder them by priority. It also states that priority is expressed through stars, and that a star can be lit up for an important file to make viewing more convenient.
The source lists these points:
- Systematized recording: additional information can be filled in to distinguish between customers and important objects.
- Appropriate tags: consistency in classification makes searching easy and convenient.
- Select the most important part: with the help of transcripts, the right information can be retrieved with a few taps.
Call Transcripts
The source material states that the app has a folder to store transcript files. It says transcripts are provided based on the latest AI technology, and that the text of the recording is received to compare information. It also states that keywords that appear commonly in files will be quickly identified, and that transferring available texts to other platforms will not be too difficult.
